A normal summer weekday, the clinic was open this morning from 10-11:30 so the kids could come work on their I-Ready accounts and read books out loud in order to earn a prize at the end.
After this the kids who are ten-years-old and over got to go back to the pool to cool off in the 100 degree heat. During pool time, some of the kids took part in some swimming lessons and by the end of the day many off them were going off the diving board without fear.
Pearlie Hodges' house is coming along nicely as the first rows of shingles have gone up on the roof.
