The clinic crew saw many sponsored kids today. Most are healthy but a few are sick and need to come back and see the doctor tomorrow. The nursing students are doing a really great job doing the physical exams on the kids. The mothers are so thankful for the care and attention given to their children.
The children's progran ran smoothly today and ended with a soccer game between the americans and the village children. Can you guess who won? It was most definitely the kids.
On the construction site the team members are impressed by how hard the family members are working. Even the mothers and young children help carry buckets or sand or cement blocks. The strength and perseverance of Guatemalans never ceases to amaze us.
