Yesterday Gerri finished with her morning patients early and we were able to take a walk through the village to see some of the houses that PID has built and meet the families that we are helping. Connor and Kira are almost finished with the front room of the clinic - it looks like a professional paint job! We are so impressed.
This afternoon we will go on our half-day trip and visit the Mayan ruins of Tak'alik Ab'aj in the nearby city of Retalhuleu. Then tomorrow we will explore the Spanish colonial city of Antigua.
