After the impressive thunderstorm yesterday afternoon we were all very thankful that the rain held off today. In the morning the stove crew installed 4 new plancha stoves. One of the kitchen was so overwhelmed with smoke that it was stinging our eyes and throats as we were working. Needless to say that was our fastest installation and motivated the team to continue on and gave a new insight to what the women are dealing with when cooking.
The doctor saw many people at the clinic throughout the day and noted that they were sicker today and most had never been to the clinic before. Many malnourished children.
On the construction site the team worked very hard all day moving dirt into the house to level it out in preparation for the cement floor.
