Today the medical team worked in the clinic in the morning seeing patients. We brought a pickup truck full of people from the far away village of Saquiy. On Monday we will send the truck to another far away village called Barrios.
Shelby and Tiana worked all morning popping popcorn over a hot plate in my office. It was quite the sight to see!
In the afternoon Shelby, Patrick and I had our first Christmas party with the middle school and high school kids in our sponsorship program. The rest of the team went to explore the Mayan Ruins and enjoyed learning about the history of the site.
