Today Dr. Andy, Jodi, Christine, and the nursing students had a busy day in the clinic. They saw over 100 patients. The students are learning a lot and getting great experience.
One of the team members had the opportunity to meet her new sponsored child. She spent some quality time with him and enjoyed these special moments. The little boy was shy at first and eventually warmed up to her and talked to her and played with her. He asked her when he'll see her again, she said she'll try to come back next year. He didn't want to wait that long, so he told her he's coming back to see her again tomorrow.
The construction crew continues working hard out in the heat in Canaan. The first duplex is almost finished and they are working on the foundation of the second duplex. They are doing a great job.
