Goodbye Parties need a Piñata

Over the past two weeks we have had to say "adios" to a few members of the PID Guatemala team.

Doctors Jon and Kate spent three weeks working in the clinic seeing patients, organizing our systems, updating the protocol, feeding the village dogs and making us all smile. They are great doctors and wonderful people to work with. GRACIAS Jon and Kate for all you've done and all you are still doing.

Shelby has been interning since last September. During her time here she helped lead teams, organized children's programs, did a ton of work on our database and started our after school tutoring program. Her kindness and servant's heart will be missed by the whole village. GRACIAS Shelby and we can't wait to see you back here in Concepcion!
