After a very tough work week, the team traveled to Santiago and then took a boat across to Panachel. Some people went horseback riding, others including Dr. Kate, went kayaking while others shopped. It was a good day of rest. Seven people from the team will leave at 2:30 AM to
Return home and 4 more new people will join the remaining team tomorrow.
Gale attended a meeting at the village school with Maria Jose and Alahandra.

On PID once we arrived. Because of the rain the meeting was delayed for an hour and finally moved inside of a dark classroom , as the electricity
Went out during the storm. It was an interesting look into the politics of Guatemala villages and how they function.
