The past few days have been quite busy between well-child checks, the children's program and the construction of two houses in Desierto.
This was the final day of work for the 2nd St. Joe's team. They accomplished so much and always had such a great attitude (which isn't always easy when carrying cement blocks in 95 degree heat). It was a sad goodbye with the kids as they made their final walk through the village and up to the bus stop.
Tomorrow we will spend the day at Lake Atitlan. Sergio will be picking up group number 3 and we will have both teams together for dinner.
