With the library and computer lab back up and running, adults and kids have been able to enjoy time getting ready for the school year by studying, going on I-ready and reading. Or spending some leisurely time coloring or playing on the computers.
Since the closing of the lighthouse, we took down the tree of hands inside there and decided to transport them to a new tree in the clinic. With the help of some of the kids, a new tree was made and the hands were able to go back up on the wall in the tutoring room.
The roof on Pearlie's house has finally been completed. Next, some more of the interior walls need to go up inside.
