Angelo is two weeks old and was born with a unilateral cleft lip and palate. He has two older half-siblings, a sister and a brother, who live with their maternal grandmother. Angelo and his parents live in a one room wooden shack with a tin roof and a dirt floor. They have running water, electricity and a bathroom. His father works at a banana factory and his mom stays at home. Angelo needs the help of sponsorship to assist his family in buying formula because he can’t nurse properly.
