Yesterday, Dr.Tamara, nurse GeJuan, and Jimmy arrived safely here in Haiti. They brought lots of donations of medical supplies and we spent a good portion of yesterday sorting, counting, and getting inventory. Today the team went to the beach to get some relaxation and some sun in before a busy week of work starting tomorrow.
Today I brought the little girl from the tent camp in Damien to the hospital where she will be having surgery for a hernia. She is scheduled to operate tomorrow.
