Here at the clinic in Haiti, Sarah continues to see many patients. In the child sponsorship office, sponsored children have been coming in and filling out letters for their sponsors.

Mr. Genois introduced me to a set of twins today, Akim and Akish. They are two out of twelve children in their family. Both of their parents are dead. “The situation is so bad,” Mr. Genois told me. “They really need a sponsor.”
