Yesterday was quite the exciting day. We celebrated the birthdays of two children in the village. Carlos turned four last Saturday and his sister Esperanza will turn ten this coming Friday. We had cake and a piñata here at the clinic. Too bad most of the village showed up and the piñata turned into complete chaos. Here are some photos from the festivities.
