Internet is down because of cloud cover. So windy-tents and tarps are ripping. Interesting day , many people asking for houses and food. Real emergency - man who’s neck was sliced with a broken bottle came in on a motorcycle and was rushed out in our car , with three medical people and IV.
He made it!!
